The only real down facet was the price therefore the four stars.. it only took one hour but labor was really superior when compared to other pros. We wanted the assistance quick so I went with it (dislike laundry mats) but might have repaired alone like I did final time (pump went out two yrs ago and created the error of shopping for a reduced good
